With Google Apps' free communication, collaboration and publishing tools, including email accounts on your organization's domain (i.e., staff@your-nonprofit.org), your entire non-profit organization can share information and ideas more easily. Google Calendar — Your users can organize their schedules and share events, meetings and entire calendars with others. Your organization can also publish calendars and events on the web.

 

Google Talk — Your users can call or send instant messages to their contacts for free — anytime, anywhere in the world. File sharing and voicemail video and voice conferencing is included, too.


Collaborate and Publish

Google Docs — Now your staff can collaborate on project documents, marketing materials, and more, together in real-time online.

 

Google Sites — You can quickly and simply set-up an Intranet or let project teams built a project site to coordinate work and share knowledge.

 

Google Video — Sharing video for internal training, organization announcements and more, has never been so easy. 10GB is included free with every domain.
